NOORTI Return Policy

At NOORTI, we do our best to ensure you are satisfied with our products. However, if you wish to return an item, you may do so under the following conditions:

Non-returnable items:

Earrings and sale items cannot be returned. Please make sure to consider these purchases carefully.

Return conditions:

Products must be in their original condition, exactly as you received them. This means items must be unused, undamaged, and complete, including any original packaging and labels.

Return period:

You have 14 days after receiving your order to register your return and send the product back to us. This must be done using the return form included with your order.

Return process:

• Fill out the return form completely and include it in the package. You will receive this form with your order in the package.
