This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and procedures regarding shipping for purchases made through our webshop at NOORTI ("the Website").
Processing Time
After receiving your order, we aim to process your item(s) within 2 business days. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Methods and Costs
We offer various shipping options depending on your location and the desired delivery speed. The available shipping methods and corresponding costs will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship only within Europe. If you would like to place an order for a destination outside of this region, please contact us, and we will do our best to find a suitable solution.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times depend on the selected shipping method and your location. While we strive to ship your order as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. For deliveries within the Netherlands, your package should arrive within 7 days at the latest. We aim for next-day delivery if the order is placed before 16:00. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information so you can follow the delivery status.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, insufficient delivery instructions, or failure to collect the package from a pick-up point within the specified time, it may be returned to us. If you would like the package to be re-shipped after it is returned, please contact us. Note: additional shipping costs may apply.
Damage or Loss During Shipment
We are not responsible for any damage or loss of products during transit. We take great care to pack your order securely to minimize the risk of damage. However, if you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately so we can find an appropriate solution.
